Refund Policy

We want every Partnercord customer to be happy with what they bought. If a volume or the Vault does not deliver on expectation, we will make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for any reason. No questions asked. Because our products are digital audio files, there is nothing to return. Just email us with your order email and we issue the refund.

How to request a refund

Email info@partnercord.com with:

  • The email address you used to purchase
  • Which volume or bundle you would like refunded
  • A brief reason (optional, but it helps us improve)

We reply within one business day to confirm.

Processing time

Once approved, we process refunds within 2 to 3 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your statement.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your licence to use the files is revoked and you must delete downloaded files. We do not use DRM or remote kill-switches; this operates on good faith.

Statutory rights and digital content

Partnercord is a UK business and we comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For digital content supplied immediately on purchase, we ask you to confirm at checkout that:

  • You expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content
  • You acknowledge that, in line with regulation 37(1)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you waive your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period once the download has been initiated

Our voluntary 30-day refund policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refund requests for the same volume, or if the files have been redistributed. Abuse cases are rare; we extend the benefit of the doubt by default.

UK consumer dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or apply to the courts of England and Wales. Cross-border consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr where applicable.
