Every Partnercord product is a digital audio library. There is no physical shipping involved. No tracking number, no courier, no customs.

Format

Volumes delivered as a single zip archive
Audio / 24-bit / 48 kHz WAV stereo
Each break is delivered as both a full loop and as sliced one-shots
Tempo, key, and source-record fair date tagged in the filename and in the included CSV
Ableton .alc and Logic .aiff aux versions included for the four volumes

How it works

Place your order and complete checkout (3D Secure is enforced)
You receive an email with a secure download link within minutes
Unzip and drop the folder into your DAW's samples or library directory
Browse, audition, drag into your session

Did not receive the email?

Check your spam, promotions, or updates folder
Add info@partnercord.com to your contacts so receipts arrive in the inbox next time
Email us with your order details and we will resend the link manually

Download link validity

Download links are valid for 14 days from purchase and allow up to 5 downloads. If you need a fresh link beyond that window, email info@partnercord.com and we send a new one within one business day.

Updates

When we add new breaks to an existing volume, anyone who has bought that volume gets an email with a fresh download link. No upgrade fee. The Vault includes lifetime updates across all four volumes.

File integrity and your data

Your download link is unique to your purchase. In line with our Privacy Policy, your personal information is protected throughout the delivery process. We do not embed personally identifying watermarks in the audio files.
