All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund is issued.
All Partnercord products are digital audio files delivered via download link. No physical goods are shipped.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards. No card details are stored on our servers. 3D Secure is enforced on every transaction.
All products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment you receive an email containing a secure download link. Downloads are available immediately. See our Delivery page for full details.
When you purchase a Partnercord volume or the Vault, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free commercial licence to use the audio files in your own musical productions. You may:

As a UK-based business serving consumers, we comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For digital content, you acknowledge under regulation 37(1)(a) that once a download has been initiated and you have given express consent to do so, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period. Our voluntary 30-day refund policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
All content on this website, including audio files, images, copy, and branding, belongs to Partnercord. The licence granted upon purchase is limited to the terms in Section 5.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. UK consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr where applicable.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available here with a revised date. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for 30 days.
